PARKING

The Gate car park offers award-winning parking for over 270 cars, including designated accessible and parent parking bays. Modern lifts take you straight to the heart of The Gate and the centre of Newcastle. All parking is on a first come, first serve basis.

The car park is 24 hour camera controlled. Pay for your parking at the end of your stay before you return to your vehicle. The pay machines only accept contactless card payments. Alternatively pay by app https://ecpparkbuddy.com or https://www.justpark.com

Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras work by capturing the number plate details from every vehicle that drives in and out of our car park. This allows us to accurately know your arrival and departure time. There are no barriers in place when leaving.

If you have left the car park and forgotten to pay, please make payment via the ECP Park Buddy App https://ecpparkbuddy.com and pay for your parking within 24 hours to ensure you do not receive a parking charge. If a parking charge is received, appeals can only be dealt with via the Euro Car Parks appeals process which can be found on the Parking charge letter.

Up to 6 hours: £13.70

Up to 8 hours: £15:00
