There's lot's to enjoy, including the opening of our brand new Lane7! From 4th July come and play at the brand new, next-gen playground of next-level cocktails and all your favourite games. Think boutique bowling, slick darts, karaoke booths, pool tables, and arcade games that bring out your competitive streak (and maybe your sore loser face too). Whether it’s a night out with friends, a date, or a work-do that won’t suck, Lane7's got the lanes, the games, the vibes and the drinks to match. Cocktails. Strikes. Big noise. 

And that's certainly not all we have happening! Between 22nd July and 2nd August The Newgate Social here at The Gate will be a host venue to The Newcastle Fringe Festival. The festival is rapidly growing into one of Newcastle's largest arts festivals, it is simply mint! It brings ten jam-packed days showcasing the very best performing arts, with artists from the North East of England to Australia!​​​ From comedy to cabaret, theatre to family, music and more there is something for everyone in a vibrant and eclectic programme.

And for Cinema fans, this summer is a Block Buster, with releases including; Jurassic World Rebirth, Superman, Smurfs, The Fantastic Four and £1 Family Films Season with selected releases just £1 per ticket.

When it's time to cool down, frozen cocktails at The Mayfair are a must, or try your hand at cocktail making for yourself at MOJO with one of their cocktail master classes, cheers!
