The Gate is hosting it's very own indoor beach this summer for you to dip your feet into clean sand right in the heart of the city!

Opening on the 27th July until the 4th September, entry is free and a variety of family activities will be provided throughout the day and special events during the night.

Spend an amazing day with the kids at the beach and dance the night away at the fun beach parties. With 18 venues at The Gate there is something for every taste.

Enjoy a sizzling BBQ, cool ice creams, creative menus and warm sand all in the hottest place in town. 

So no matter what the weather outside, there is no chance of rain at The Gate...can't wait this summer!

• 24th August - Beyond Hotdogs and refreshments
• 25th August - Kids Entertainment Day with a face painter!
• 28th August - Mood Adults Beach Party  
• 29th August - Aspers Beach Party 
• 30th August - Bannatyne Public Holiday Party
