FACILITIES PROVIDED FOR OUR
CUSTOMERS INCLUDE:

• 276 secure car park spaces (10 with disabled access) in a new 2 floor underground car park
• Customer toilets, including accessible toilets and baby changing facilities on the first floor and an accessible toilet on each floor of the car park.
• Extensive CCTV coverage of the centre and surrounding area and Radio link controlled from The Gate control room. A number of The Gate's CCTV cameras are also able to be directly controlled by Northumbria Police,
• First aid trained customer support officers, available to help customers during opening hours.
• First aid room with on site defibrillator
• Information Desk with brochures detailing The Gate's tenants, as well as useful external information
• Cash points located on 2 levels
• Excellent disabled access throughout entire building
• Web phones for e-mail and internet access
• 3 Passenger lifts
